"Thank you!"

Unfortunately within three weeks of relocating to the area I needed to visit A&E and ultimately stay at St Richard’s overnight. I cannot thank all of the staff enough for the care they gave during my stay. The wait in A&E after triage was long, (around 7 hours) but once seen by the doctor at 6am and once departments opened later that morning, I was diagnosed and in surgery by mid afternoon.

I can honestly say I feel that the treatment I would have received in my previous hospital would not have been as quick and thorough.

Thank you again to everyone I dealt with, you all really put me at ease and are a credit to the NHS :)
