"Incredibly sensitive, professional and skilful"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Dermatology (Skin Conditions)

(as the patient),

I recently attended the Dermatology clinic at Glasgow's QEUH and was seen by Dr Gardner, Consultant Dermatologist, in relation to a suspicious mole.

Dr Gardner was so thorough and professional and even assisted with another skin issue that I had - in an incredibly sensitive, professional and skilful way. This meant so much to me as I had been really worried about this appointment, and she put me at my ease within seconds.

I was so impressed with this service, including the nurses in the clinic who were kind and very efficient, and the admin staff who were friendly and welcoming too.

I am booked in for removal of a mole, which again is such an effective and efficient service and makes me so grateful for the excellent staff we have in the NHS, so thank you so much to Dr Gardner and colleagues - for such a brilliant service, and on a weekend too.

Dear Bea265

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to read the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was great to hear how Dr Gardner put your mind at ease from the minute you walked through the door and provided a thorough and professional examination.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to Dr Gardner and the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear such positive feedback about their service.

Kind regards

Kevin
