"The care I received was excellent"

(as a service user),

I experienced significant pain in my left shoulder, prompting a visit for an x-ray. Following this, I had an appointment with the surgery physiotherapist, Brian. Brian provided a clear explanation of the x-ray results, revealing bone calcification as the issue. He promptly alleviated my concerns, assuring me that the condition could be resolved, and the pain alleviated.

Brian administered an injection to manage the pain, and both he and Dr. Scott demonstrated exercises to aid in the recovery process. After three weeks, I returned for a follow-up, during which Brian and Dr. Scott administered another injection. I was delighted to find myself pain-free, and they provided guidance on when I could resume exercising.

The care I received was excellent, characterized by clear explanations and actionable steps for improvement. Brian and Dr. Scott's expertise and support made a significant difference in my recovery journey.

I am pleased to hear that both the Physiotherapist and GP took the time to listen and alleviate your concerns, whilst providing you with clear guidance and steps for improvement.
