"Fantastic care from all staff in the children’s ward"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Children's Ward

(as a service user),

I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff in the children’s ward for making our recent stay a comfortable and positive one. Our baby was very well looked after by the nurses, health care assistants and all the doctors. Also not forgetting the housekeeping team who were always up for a chat, offering us hot drinks etc. Thankfully my baby daughter was diagnosed and treated very quickly by the quick response of the team, and is now doing so much better. Thank you all again, you are all amazing.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience in the Children's Ward.

Whilst we appreciate it is a worrying time for families who have to be admitted to our ward, it is lovely to hear you all had a really positive experience. I am glad to hear your baby is doing well.

I will share your lovely feedback with all the staff, it will give them a real boost.
