(as a parent/guardian),

I wanted to write to thank Dr Coates for his prompt attention and care of my infant daughter.  He was exceptionally kind, compassionate and reassuring and I can't thank him enough for his expertise and treatment.  She received the antibiotic she needed and recovered quickly.  It put my mind at ease to speak with such a kind doctor, thank you so much, the work you do is so appreciated.
