My son Daniel had suffered a playground fall and his hand was in excruciating pain. We were referred by my son's GP to bring Daniel to Rake Lane Hospital for an X-ray. We received an excellent professional service from the X-ray department. They did a splendid job on the day. The patient care that we received after the treatment is something that I had never experienced in any hospital. I personally would like to thank the doctor and her team for their kindness and help. I do wish them all the best in their job.

Dear Sir Firstly, I do hope that Daniel is feeling much better and enjoying playtime with his school pals again. I would like to thank you so much for your very kind words relating the care that Daniel received at North Tyneside Hospital after his fall in the playground. When our children are in pain and require medical attention, it can be an extremely stressful and worrying time. I was so pleased to read that the care that Daniel received was professional, as well as kind and compassionate. I do hope this went some way to alleviate some of the worry and the stress you must have experienced on the day. We always make sure that our teams have the opportunity to read the kind words that our patients take the time to share.
