Lovely receptionist

About: Stirling Care Village / Xrays & ultrasound

(as a service user),

I was at Stirling community village today for a scan. 

The receptionist, Karen, was extremely helpful and friendly. 

She was pleasant to everyone she met and wished everyone a merry Christmas. 

In my experience, it’s not often everyone is as friendly and helpful as Karen was. I believe she deserves some recognition.

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch to leave such lovely feedback, its lovely to hear from our patients about their experience, it can be quite a daunting experience coming to hospital, being met by a friendly and cheery face can make all the difference to patients visiting the department.
