About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I was kept waiting. No record on system. By the time it was sorted it was too late as I had to leave for another appointment. I found this a complete disaster and waste of my time left without the vaccination I needed.

I am one of the Openclinic Nurse Team Leaders, Suzie Sellberg. Thank you for providing your feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies that there were problems on your visit to clinic and you were unable to have the vaccination you required. I am not sure from your feedback which clinic you attended and what the vaccination was that you needed. However, I am more than happy to look into this further and give you another appointment to have the vaccination you require at the earliest possible convenience.
