"Above and beyond by admin staff"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Clinical Haematology (Ward 16) University Hospital Monklands / Medical Oncology (Ward 16)

(as a service user),

Stephen has, twice, went above and beyond his role.  He got my appointment changed with another department and saved me waiting around in the hospital for 4 hours.  He was so polite and even went to the other department as he was unable to get an answer via the phone.  On another occasion at Dr Paterson's clinic, he came to my assistance again.  He is so kind and generous with his manner being next to none.  Stephen is a credit to the Admin in Monklands.
