I came into A and E today with my 88 year old mother who had had a fall and dislocated her shoulder.
We received outstanding care, attention and treatment during our visit, from checking in at reception to someone staying with mum whilst I got the car to go home.
Thank you everyone and well done for an amazing team effort.
