"Coil removal and appointment"

First of all I was having difficulty with the coil causing me to having really bad off days and lose of iron causing me to become tired and my health dropped.

I rang cobridge clinic to be told that there was no appointments and carried on to call for 3 weeks! Until I eventually got a phone consultation. The phone consultation was a disaster they didn’t even book me in to cobridge they booked me into Telford. Then I had to wait another week until I was called again. I finally got an appointment for the coil removal and the lovely lady who removed it really helped me with my nerves and was so down to earth.

Over all my experience was terrible I understand that it’s the only sexual health clinic in stoke as GPs do not offer this service anymore! But I will not be returning to the cobridge health clinic I will try and use what my GP has to offer.
