My husband was being treated by the hospital diversion team before his passing. I would like to say a special thanks to those who visited our home especially Orla and colleagues based out of the Robinson Hospital.
Another special mention to Siobhan from district nursing who also provided amazing support.
Lastly Lucy, a community care nurse who visited our home on the night that my husband passed.
