About: Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

They keep telling me to use a hope box which doesn't help. I keep telling them that but they listen.

They put down there coming out everyday but they not.

Messages are not being past on.

No coping techniques are given. All they say is go use your hope box, watch TV, go eat.

How can I eat when I don't feel hungry or how can I watch TV when I can't concentrate.

They tell me to think of my own destructions but how can I when I struggle to think for myself.

Some of the staff that pick up the phone are very rude and put the phone down on me for asking a question about my health.

Can hear the staff talking about me before they come in my house and after they leave. So my neighbour can hear them talking about me as well.

My health has got worse since they've been involved.
