"Their empathy shines through on every visit"

(as a relative),

This is a fantastic group of nurses who have provided, and continue to provide excellent support and quality care for my mother. 

This team cares about, as well as for their patients and their empathy shines through on every visit. We appreciate the fact that they are always at the end of a phone, and come out promptly, and willingly if, and when required. 

This, in itself, is reassuring to mum and helps her, in some way, to cope with the challenges she faces. 

We are, and will be eternally grateful to:

My name is Laura Toal and I am the Integrated Care team Manager in Newry & South Armagh and oversee the District Nursing Team.

Thank you for taking the time out to provide such positive feedback in relation to the District Nursing Team who provide care to your Mother. Our District Nursing Service are an integral part of our team and strive to provide high standards of care to their patients and families.

It was lovely to read about the professionalism and compassion the District Nursing Team continue to provide to your Mother.
