"Caring staff but some simple system issues"

(as the patient),

I felt all members of staff at Crawley Day Surgery Unit were caring and had a good work ethic but some systems were not working well e.g. calling you by your preferred name, filling in details on the poster in your bay (totally unused) and giving their names.

Information does not seem to be held centrally so I was asked the same questions repeatedly before the procedure e.g. about implants, caps and crowns, allergies and so on.
