About: Urgent Community Response North Hants

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was thankful that UCR was coming to see me, as I've had falls and an am on abx.

I was monitored by UCR, and am thankful that UCR supported and ordered a hospital bed.

My daughter was very grateful for UCR service, and that I had the best experience with the team.

My family was grateful for the support I received, and I'd like to praise Joe, who was a charmer.
