My 90 year old father had excellent service from Gavin who fitted and advised us on his two new hearing aids .

Gavin was very friendly and personable which relaxed us both . He is a very clear and concise communicator as well as a skilled listener

He answered all of our questions and instilled confidence in the new hearing aids

We felt confident and reassured
