About: Forth Valley Community Services / Immunisation Team Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit

(as a service user),

Having had a human bite, at work, I called  111 who referred me to minor injuries at Stirling health and care village. The care I received was outstanding. Staff nurse Cathy was professional, caring and very kind. Cathy reassured me every step of the way through my treatment plan. Following in from this I review a call from the nhs forth valley immunisation team who were also very reassuring and gave me a clear immunisation treatment plan.
