"All done with a high level of professionalism"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as a service user),

I had a very painful shoulder and was asking for a Steroid injection. I was seen by one of the GPs that day and arrangements were made for me to have the injection 10 days after, all done with a high level of professionalism by the receptionists and doctor.
