"Discharged from their services with no additional support"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health

(as the patient),

I had been undergoing talking session with a member of staff for quite some weeks, to help with my anxiety and depression. We hadn’t really gone through any techniques or coping strategies.

I then had some more trauma, and I had voiced that maybe I wasn’t seeing the right person at the moment in the time as my Mental Health had deteriorated further.

I was then discharged from their services with no additional support, nothing. I feel let down, abandoned and humiliated

Good afternoon,

I'm so sorry to read your comments and feedback about your experience of the service. This certainly isn’t how we want someone to feel when they have come into therapy for help with anxiety and depression. I would really like to speak to you to understand more and explore what we can do to help you.

If you would like to contact me via email at claire.hancox1@nhs.net, we can arrange a time to speak.

We take feedback very seriously at the Trust and want to do all we can to improve people's experiences of services.

Kind Regards

Claire Hancox
