Hoxton Surgery in my opinion does not have a website that is easy to navigate or user friendly. 

Generally, the e-consult function should help with admin queries and minimise the phone being engaged. However, they have removed the function to speak to a member of staff, and emergency queries or general queries are left unmanaged adequately. 

I am unsatisfied with the way my health and relevant referrals have been managed and I hope to see if they will resolve this promptly.
