About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

Attended A&E after a fall injuring my left wrist.

The receptionist was polite, well presented and approachable. Had about 40 minute wait for triage where x-ray was arranged.  A further 30 minute wait for x-ray to be done and 15 minutes for this to be viewed and consult with a doctor.
