"She was treated like family from her first day"

About: William Simpson's

(as a relative),

My mother was admitted to William Simpson care home last year & spent quite a few months there thanks to dementia. It was both our Mum's & our first encounter with care homes.

Thank goodness we managed to find her a bed in this home. She was treated like family from her first day. The management staff made the whole initial experience so easy & straightforward. All the staff in this home were phenomenal. My mother settled within days & was always just like everyone’s family.

The whole experience was so daunting to us but my mother could not have been more cared for & loved by everyone. Unfortunately we lost my mum in hospital after a short illness but this home did everything in their power to try & keep her but she just became too poorly.

We will never be able to thank everyone of the staff for the quality of care our mum received and they will never realise the debt of gratitude we will always have for the truly wonderful William Simpson Care Home.
