"Made the scan very easy"

My husband is dealing with dementia and paranoia, so was difficult when he went in for his scan to suite 2.

The two members of staff there were excellent with him, making the scan very easy!  Please thank them for me!

I must say, getting to the area and getting out on a weekend was not easy. We were locked out of the area where our driver was meeting us, so had to go back to Emergency to return the wheelchair.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave comments regarding your husband's recent CT scan. I will certainly pass your comments onwards to our hard working staff. It's much appreciated.

Many apologies for the issues with access and returning the wheelchair, I will review with the CT Team Lead and see if there is anything we can do to remedy this for patients. It's much appreciated you feed this back, we are very keen to hear from our patients point of view and use this to shape our service going forward.
