(as a service user),

After attending Lagan valley urgent care I would like to express a heartfelt thanks to all the team who work there. From the friendly reception staff, the Sister Scarlett and her wonderful team of nurses and doctors. My husband was cared for directly by Sister Scarlett, deputy Sister Pamela and Doctors Sinead and Ellen. The care and compassion they showed both my husband and myself was exceptional. My husband was very unwell upon arrival but we were attended to promptly and given the best care we could ask for. Thank you!
