I recently had multiple fibroids removed, via an open myomectomy surgery, and I wanted to share some words about the operating team. From the moment I arrived in the operating lounge, to my arrival on the ward, the team were seamless and professional up at Raigmore Hospital. The facilities were spotless and the communication pathways were clear and consistent. From the nurses introduction and paperwork to the anaesthetic team briefing I was kept updated at all times as the morning progressed. 

Mr Alsharaydeh, my surgeon, was exemplary in terms of making sure I was fully informed & comfortable. The whole process lead me to feel totally safe and secure.
