"You are a credit to your profession"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery Queen Margaret Hospital / Theatres

(as the patient),

Planned surgery for Hernias @ Day Surgery Unit. QMH.

I attended the DSU as advised. As always, I was greeted by a happy band of ladies and escorted to the ward. ( It never ceases to amaze me that, irrespective of the pressures that the NHS are subjected to, you are always met with courteous, smiling individuals).

Paperwork completed, Mr Bennet explained to me his intentions in the theatre. Ditto the theatre team...a carbon copy of the ward staff.

I cannot praise all of them enough for the total dedication displayed by every individual. Thank you all. You are a credit to your profession.
