I was welcomed into the department by friendly Heather and then I saw Ms  Jones, the surgeon, and her team for my scope. Everything was explained very well and I experienced only slight pain. I am very grateful to all of them for looking after me so well. I am also pleased to have a diagnosis and a very full colonoscopy report. I send them my thanks once again.
