"My experience really couldn't have been easier"

I was due to attend an outpatient appointment for a scan for menopausal bleeding. I was quite on edge about it and as it was an intimate scan - I was to be frank dreading it. From my arrival at the clinic I was genuinely put at ease, lovely waiting room, offered a cup of tea or water by a lovely nurse. Then at my appointment with Sonja and Donna I was treated respectfully, friendly and really felt at ease. I wouldn't normally leave a "review" about something like this but because other ladies like me might be worried like I was I just wanted to say it's nothing to worry about and my experience really couldn't have been easier. Really great staff.
