was an appointment for my mental health and to speak about my medication and if i can up it. only lasted 3 minutes which in my opinion it should have at least been 10 minutes. i mentioned about not sleeping and the doctor shut it down straight away which i think is very rude

I'm sorry to hear that you did not feel you had a good experience at your appointment. A minimum of 10 minute is always allocated, so its unclear what happened here.
