"A lot of small things which were unpleasant"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as the patient),

No light in toilet, told to use my phone.

Waiting for midwife, nobody showed up for at least 15 minutes, then husband went to ask somebody to help us. Midwife wasn't very warm on labour ward.

Nurse who was putting needle for antibiotics did not manage to put it in, pain was bigger than contraction, blood was all over bed and ground. Midwife asked somebody else to put it in. Next day couldn't even lift my hand because of bruise and damage made by needle.

A lot of small things which were unpleasant. Told pediatrician comes afternoon, then next day.

Felt it was unprofessional manners from birth ward up to post birth ward. Not enough 1000 words here allowed to tell all things.
