"The service from all your staff was amazing"

(as a relative),

Recently went to A&E with my teenage grandson, after a knock on the head from a rugby game.

We were seen by a triage nurse within 20 mins, even though the waiting room was so busy, we only waited another 40 mins and was see by a nurse practitioner who gave my grandson a complete check over, then gave us advice on what to look for in the next 24 hours.

Can I just say the service from all your staff was amazing, I can't thank you all enough, thank goodness for our NHS

Thanks for sharing your experience of our department. Always such a fright with any head injury. It's great to hear your Grandson was assessed and able to be discharged with advice.
