"Eyesight problems"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was referred by the local optician to the eye clinic for tests. They were very thorough and helpful, explaining what was happening with my eyes. They eventually fitted prisms on my glasses to help with the double vision and I have to go back for a follow-up appointment.

Dear phoenixxd99

Thank you for taking time to share your experience at the eye clinic. I am pleased that you found staff to be thorough and explained what was happening to your eyes. I hope that you are finding the prisms of benefit.

I will share your comments with the team as all feedback is important to us to allow staff to reflect on practice and learn.

Thank you again for your time

Kind regards

Lise
