"Overall an excellent service"

I recently attended an appointment for rheumatology assessment (Hand therapy) and was met by a lovely practitioner named Josephine.

Josephine introduced herself, which although should be standard doesn't always happen, so therefore was impressed from the outset.

Josephine conducted an excellent thorough assessment, was exceptionally knowledgeable, very professional and couldn't have done more to help me with management of long term condition. 

Josephine provided me with aids there and then with all the post assessment advice I would need along with review appointment. 

Overall an excellent service and Josephine was a credit to to the Trust so huge thanks Josephine.
