Had endoscopy. Staff were lovely, made you at ease soon as you arrived. Would gladly go back again.

Thank you for taking time to feedback about your visit today to our endoscopy unit here at Queen Margaret. I was delighted to read how welcoming the staff were and how this made you feel positive about your visit. Also that the staff put you at ease, for what is an invasive procedure. If the occasion arises that you have to return to us you will be made very welcome. I will pass on your very kind comments to the team.
