I would like to massively thank Kirsten from the child occupational therapy Department for the time, support and care my child received in and out of his school environment.
So many times children with SPD are overlooked and not supported in the correct way from many departments, which massively impacts their developmental and educational journey and is a massive sadness. But then good services and people like Kirsten and her team from Armitstead come along and return your faith in the system again.
These wonderful people deserve massive recognition for the time and support they offer to children and parents, they have been supportive, kind and caring, and gone above and beyond. I can only imagine their busy schedule and workload we know the NHS endure week in week out and I am externally grateful for these lovely ladies who have shown us so much kindness.
My child has had the best first early learning years in his transition to school because of their support and to me that is absolutely priceless. I hope these ladies get the recognition they truly deserve from their senior management because they give it their all in supporting these children and they deserve medals for the incredible work they do and support and services they offer.
Thank you so so much for all your hard work and dedication, you are an asset to the departments you work for and godsend to us parents in desperate need of supporting our children ❤️
