"Fantastic treatment"

I found a lump in my breast and went to doctors right away. Doctor referred myself to the RAH. I received my appointment within a couple of days which was fantastic.

I was seen by Consultant Dr Mackay who was absolutely lovely and agreed it needed to be investigated . I was then  sent  for a  mammogram. The lady who performed the mammogram was very professional and explained the process at all times. After receiving results I then returned to see Dr Mackay. Thankfully my results were normal, but just to make sure a couple of biopsies were done. During this procedure I felt no pain at all and Dr Mackay was so caring. The results came back within 3 days and were normal.

I would just like to thank the NHS for the fantastic treatment I received. Also Dr Mackay for the empathy and kindness shown during my appointment.
