About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

I would like to give a pat on the back to two wonderful nurses in Monklands hospital A&E. I have been a few times over the last six months with my Dad. Both Sam and Adam have made our worrying trips so much better. We were treated with respect, kindness and compassion. They are always so cheerful, empathetic and caring. Lovely banter which raised a smile during the most difficult times. Please let them know what a difference they made to our visits. Their job is not an easy one, so well done to them both.

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Monklands, Emergency Department.

I am so pleased to hear that Sam and Adam have been able to reassure you and your dad, and that you have both been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. It makes such a difference when someone is cheerful and shows empathy in their care. This will help you both feel at ease, especially if your dad has had to use the service several times recently, he will know what he is going to get from these lovely staff members.

I will ensure your kind words are passed on to Sam and Adam who I am sure will take great pride in hearing your feedback. They will definitely get a real boost from such positive praise.
