I feel like I’m being messed about with these patient interviews. I used to really really really! enjoy doing these interviews and now it’s just really stressful.
Why change something when it was working completely fine before, the two previous staff had it really organised. You knew the questions to ask and always felt organised and welcome.
I’m strongly thinking about stopping after this week.
What’s the point, why change it, and train others up when you have staff that know it, prepared to carry on doing it.
More patients need to be trained, but then if its chaotic no one will want to stay doing them.
You’ve only got 3 full time patients that can do them, you can’t afford for any of the others to say they can’t do them.
I don’t know who will be turning up to do the interviews with me, the staff change all the time, and it makes me unsettled. Why is everyone suddenly getting involved, there not running it properly.
I hate when I don’t get told information, like if it’s on teams, I like to know prior what I’m doing. When they do it on teams it’s so hard to judge, when they are sat in front of you, you can get a feel to how they are and pick up a lot more.
We still didn’t find out who got that job we interviewed for the other week, We always got told in good time before.
It is bad when you feel like you can’t speak up, it’s like what’s the point in saying any of this, no one will listen anyway, probably started to make your minds up, its meant to be patient involvement but no one is listening to the patients.
