"Physio Self-Referral"

I recently experienced a flare up of a chronic MSK condition and used the self-referral system to request a physio appointment. I was then contacted by the Physio Appointments team the next day to advise that my referral had been received and an appointment will be booked. I just wanted to highlight just how simple, smart and effective this system is!

It's avoided me having to make an appointment with my very good but very busy GP practice and means that I know my referral is in the system without worrying whether it's been processed. Well done Belfast Trust MSK physio team!
