"Genuine & compassionate Occupational Therapist"

I was glad to be getting some help firstly, then I was a bit apprehensive, but once Ross introduced himself, I was immediately reassured. He was so nice and I felt he showed compassion and wanted to genuinely help me and listen to me.

I have had a few visits from him, and he always had some great information to help me.

He helped me get some equipment for helping me at home and at work, and showed me how to set it up and use it correctly.

I'm so glad to have been referred for Occupational therapy as I genuinely feel it has helped me to see how to deal with my illness and pain, and show me, my ability to help myself.

I wish I had been referred a long time ago, as I feel this may be the start of a long journey, but feel more positive with the help and information I have been given and shown.
