"Without compassion/ not valuable to them "

About: Adelaide Street Surgery

I have been suffering with few things lately. Everytime I called for an app , receptionist said , " I don't have any app left face to face " . I felt that no one is listening when you try to tell them your problem. Some doctors are helpful but the others make you feel unworthy and not valued. Suffering for about 3 moths and no one has the insiative to look deeper and investigate. Because of that , it's affecting my day to day life , work and family. Unfortunately, I have to look for another GP.

Dear patient, thank you for your feedback. I have raised portions of this review to the relevant teams. I sympathise and understand how it might seem like we are not listening, and we will be looking into more suitable pathways regarding our appointment systems going forwards.
