"They were all extremely efficient"

All was well, they were all extremely efficient. The girls at the reception desk were charming and the nurses and doctors were all good, could not fault any one of them.

My post op care was very good too, the personnel were marvellous.

The only thing I could say to improve my experience was that it was a long wait between contracting my doctor and then getting an appointment with the dermatology department, but with the current state of things that was to be expected so no real complaints.

I am pleased to hear that you could not fault the staff at your dermatology appointment but sorry that there was a long wait between contacting your doctor and the actual appointment.

If you would be able to confirm please whether your appointment was at Litchdon House or Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Heavitree) I will direct your feedback to the appropriate team.
