"The staff went above and beyond"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I recently attended the unit for a colonoscopy twice in the space of 2 weeks. Every member of staff I met was friendly, professional and reassuring. The procedure itself was very unpleasant however the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was as quick and easy as it could be. Cannot rate them highly enough.
