About: Urgent Community Response North Hants

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I would like to thank the team that follow up from ED visit and did repeat bloods to make sure I am ok and to liaise with GP and family at home.

I am very thankful was so quick and so much less stress worry for me
