"She brings joy to the ward"

About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as a service user),

On Coniston Ward we have an amazing structure day lady called Michelle. She has a heart of gold, she does bingo for use and brings prizes. She spends time with everybody. She makes me wake up happy knowing she'll be in, she brings joy to the ward. The glass is half full whenever she is around.

I just think she needs to know that we appreciate what she does. She is so kind and caring.
