I would like to express my delight about how the endoscopy with botox procedure went for me at Queen Margaret Hospital. All the staff were excellent, very understanding of my disability, very helpful and caring and carried out the procedure with no discomfort whatsoever.

I came in at 8.45 am and was finished and out by 10.30 am including having a cup of tea. Thank you all so much, your care and attention is all very much appreciated.

Thank you for taking time to feedback abut your visit to the endoscopy unit today. I was delighted to read that the staff were all very understanding and the care and attention you received was personal to your required needs. Also that your procedure was very quick and your stay with us was rounded off with tea and toast.
