"Fantastic well run department"

Escorted my elderly father to his eye appointment at the macular eye clinic recently and what a fantastic experience. Apprehensive of what to expect we were greeted by a very friendly male nurse (apologies didn’t catch names!) Although arriving early to our appointment we were seen promptly.

After father's apprehension was quickly put at ease by said nurse, we were then swiftly seen by a very informative female doctor (again the reassurance was greatly appreciated!). The lovely receptionist then organised the follow up appointment and we were on our way. 

This was gold standard. Fantastic well run department. The free parking on this Saturday was an extra bonus!
