I called practice to make appointment, I provided my DOB in a format that was not pleasing to the staff member, hence year first, she was unable to get her head around it (and work out the DOB), she became rude then cut the call off, I called back, as I wanted to make an appointment, I was not sure if the appointment date would be a week or a few days, however, if my situation changed for the better whilst waiting to see the GP I would have cancelled the appointment. I called back, it was 10 mins left before closing time, she then placed my call on hold until the switchboard closed.
I had to call back a few weeks later, and I mentioned this to the desk staff.
On this occasion I was able to make an appointment however, they recorded the appointment on the wrong date, then they sent me a message stating I never attended my appointment.
I called to query the message wnd explained they got the dates wrong, I found them unhelpful.
intially I was going to complain but, never had the time to, would really have made a difference?
Not sure what's going on over there, too many problems within. The staff need intervention themselves
