Receptionist here is very patient and kind. I think he goes by the name Alan. I couldn't hear due to the background noise and most people get bothered repeating themselves constantly, although he made it very easy for me and i didn't feel like i was being a burden. Very kind and a lovely person even for the first five minutes of just meeting him. Made my visit a whole lot easier!
